Fun Fact from every episode: - Desmond’s Big Day Out - This episode first aired on Adult Swim on April Fools Day 2020. The writers Michael Cusack and Zach Hadel worked on the pilot in 2019, and it was released during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The rest of the episodes were made during the pandemic, meaning every conversation or argument Pim and Charlie had was done over Skype, Discord and other online meetings. The rest of the episodes came out in 2022. - Mr. Frog - Adult Swim released a puppet version of this episode on April Fools Day 2024 as part of their annual April Fools stunt. - Shrimp’s Odyssey - Adult Swim released a sockpuppet version of this episode on April Fools Day 2024 as part of their annual April Fools stunt. - A Silly Halloween Special - Michael Cusack and Zach Hadel said it took several hours to find the perfect alleyway in Australia to film the beginning scene. - Who Violently Murdered Simon S. Salty? - In the episode Charlie Dies and Doesn't Come Back, Satan can be seen ordering a burger and fries from Salty's, meaning the fast-food continued operations after Simon S. Salty's death. - Enchanted Forest - The only episode of Season 1 where The Boss doesn't have a speaking role. - Frowning Friends - Mr. Boss's advisors are caricatures of Warren Buffet, (chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway), Mr. Peanut, (mascot of Planters Nut & Chocolate Company), Ronald Reagan, (40th president of the United States) - Charlie Dies and Doesn’t Come Back - Adult Swim released a paper mache version of this episode on April Fools Day 2024 as part of their annual April Fools stunt. - The Smiling Friends Go to Brazil! - The phone call with The Boss is a real phone call recording. They made Marc M. walk around the streets of LA to make the phone call believable. They also wanted him to walk into a convenience store so that they can hear the ding sound when the doors open.

48:15 I could be wrong but supposedly that whole bomb made by Mip was possibly a reference to the Bjork stalker. Bjork is a famous singer who had this mentally insane stalker. He was like so damn obsessed with her. And when he learned that she was already in a relationship, he planned revenge on her by sending her a homemade bomb that would spray acid at her face. He then decided to unalive himself with a gun and he recorded it in his video diaries. When authorities saw his videos and learned about what he planned against bjork, they luckily managed to track down and stop the bomb before it reached bjork. It’s pretty disturbing 😰

What I love about the ending of the Salty's episode is a couple of subtle implications. First, the mascots smash their way out the front door, they could've done that anytime. Second, due to Salty dying from a heart attack, that technically means that it WAS Grease who murdered him.
