I loved that you did a Cinco De Mayo Taco Challenge. I also just for fun wanted to see where I stood on how hard this challenge would be. So I bought a pack of 8 soft tortillas. I made the 8 all beef, but mine were very warm. I ate all 8, but I struggled at the end. I honestly did not see you finishing this challenge. I felt so bad for you struggling too. Girl you ate 30 of them in 18 minutes and 30 seconds, just so impressive, then you had to conquer the issue with the hiccups. Love the 30 concept with the birthday too. How anyone could give this a thumbs down is beyond me. You Did a Great Job!!

Good job. I'm not a fan of soft tacos. Where I'm from, we don't used hamburger for our beef tacos. We either use sliced skirt steak or pulled beef roast which has been cooked a long time until it's tender.
