I never heard of this group or songs. My friend had three girls that were early teens and they never watched or mention this group. I was over at their house helping with their fixing and working with foundation, for several months every day after work and all day on weekends. The girls wanted me to listen and watch bunch of things I had not wish to but be nice to animals and children.

I feel like 3LW didn’t need Kiely. Ade had the crossover beautiful voice. Naturi had the soulful voice. Kiely was just there. If the wanted to show girls of different colors the should have a white girl to be honest. I love 3LW .

There were already plenty of white girl groups like play, dream, Edens crush, pussycat dolls, bwitch, spice girls (predominantly white) etc plus a whole bunch of pop girl superstars who were white like Britney, Christina, Jessica Simpson, Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore, Lindsey Lohan, etc. What 3lw represented was a more unique flavor and that was one of the reasons I liked them. They were like girls I grew up with, girls that were like me and girls I went to school with

@@baddieewrldd I remembered when it was said that 3lw was about showing a diverse group of girls but I think their team should have been more clear in explaining that the group was supposed to be a representation of young girls of colors from the urban inner cities because that's more of what they represented. The Cheetah Girls represented racial diversity being that it consisted of a white, black, biracial and Hispanic girl group as well as different economic status through the group and not the typical stigma (the white girl was poor living in a foster home instead of being the rich spoiled white girl stereotype) cheetah girls was a better example of diversity. As for 3lw I wouldn't change it at all. They brought a lot of R&B to their music which was slept on and they all fit so well, it's sad they didn't last longer.
