I to used this kit and nothing else, The only thing i changed was the Clearcoat wipes!! Like you i went with a more professional product Meguiars, My question is did you remove the clearcoat wipe clearcoat?? Please remember despite Recommended on the instructions on the can to apply two coats, I use one thick coat, With no issues, As far as durability is concerned, Headlight restoration is all about after care!! After washing the car either by hand or auto car wash, I always ues Turtle wax headlight restorer with uv protection added, When the lenses are completely dry a clean cloth a small amount of this polish applied evenly over each lens and leave for 5min's max then lightly buff useing a microfiber clean cloth!! I promise this will double the time of the clarity and shine before restoration comes around again!! Anyways you did an excellent job welldone, I wish more people could watch your stream and stop using false scams WD40 toothpaste ect and do it properly, Short term fixing is a waste of time!!!🤔😍🇬🇧👍

Clear coat especially the spray is a waste of money. Try using that in scorching hot places like Arizona and you’ll quickly find out. Use paste wax with UV protection and you’ll never need anything else.

I did not remove the clearcoat wipe. I just applied the Meguiar's over it. So far, it's still looking good!

@@keithroberts5611 He makes some good points, but he's not as good as people think he is. Just look at how foggy his headlights are, and when KZbinrs ask him about that he blames the plastic. A true professional in your book not mine.

@@karkule5919I have never seen any of the pro's work that are not perfect on completion, Even if damaged by 2k clearcoat his method is second to none!!🤔☝️Honest, Consistent, No bullshit!!!
