Anytime I try to use earplugs mode it just turns off. Any advice?

Press and hold. If the headset is on, it will first turn off. Keep holding the button, then a couple of seconds later you'll enter earplug mode.

Hi, I notice a sound like exhaling of the cushion when donning the headset. it happens on the left side. when the headset is on me, when gently press it against my ear for fit check, when i let go of the headset, the sound i described above kicks in, is that normal?

Do you guys know if I can also connect to Bluetooth via my phone while I have these paired with a walkie talkie? I was looking at the older models and just noticed this new version. I believe I was looking at the “MT73H7P3E4610NA LiteCom Plus 2-Way Radio Headset”. I’m going to be using them at work (not a tactical environment) but also would like to use these in different settings when I want (shooting, etc). I think the final piece of the puzzle would be if I can be on for example; channel 11 on the radio’s at work and have my phone connected simultaneously. That way I can get calls, music and be aware of the radio. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you guys so much!
