When I was training in the military I use to run 10k 2 to 3x a week, 5k the remaining days. The unit CO’s started to push CrossFit to replace the running and what we found when the platoon had to do the qual’s for ruck march was our endurance went to hell in a hand basket. You need to train on both platforms.

I think essentially the answer to the God rock question is no. Now, there are those out there who will pounce and say, "Ha! Then He isn't all powerful! Gotcha!" No. The question and premise itself doesn't make sense. Can absolute power outpower itself? No. Because it doesn't make sense. Also it mixes absolute power with physical power. How could the creator who is outside of physics confine Himself to physical limitations. People like to mix infinite concepts with finite terms.

I believe that it is not His will that any perish, but many do. So at some point The Great Creator says ok, your will be done then. He does not will for you to perish, but he gave us free will, so He honors his word and allows us to freely choose. That is how I understand. Longest text I ever wrote. Godspeed.

Biggest issue about interaction is these videos (I think) are coming out during the day in the middle of the week...people have jobs. Consider doing something on the weekends, even if the data is telling you otherwise. I would also consider doing chapters so that people can scroll through and pick which conversation they want to hear out of a nearly 2 hour livestream. I would also do follow up videos about answering comments from videos...put the KZbin comment up on the screen and talk about it. More videos means more views...there are growing channels complaing that they are maxing out the amount of videos that they upload in a day...if that is truly the goal of the channel you need to be doing the same thing and the suggestions I just provided to you will help with that. Last, I think y'alls understanding of free will is surface level: free will is the capacity to know the truth, which we have. That is free will: to know the truth (God). Free will doesn't mean oh I can go do whatever I want...it goes much much beyond that. Connected to that, is that the Judeo-Christian God is the only God out of thousands of prposed Gods where humans are not subserviant to God. That's what sets our God from everyone else's.

I think God has power over everything but his will is not always done. Example God is not willing that any should perish but all would come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 but clearly most people do not come to repentance and most people perish. God also regretted making man in Genesis 6 Joshua 24:15 "Choose this day whom you will serve..." ““See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse: the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside from the way that I am commanding you today, to go after other gods that you have not known.” ‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭11:26-28‬ ‭

Hi. I've some "history" with the SEALs from when I was in high school & then the USN. If you know or learn of me, I think you'll find some SEALS dubbed/nicknamed me "My-Kill." I believe it was some SEALs who called me that once. Anyway, I'm a fellow Christian, feel some comrade with you-all and a compulsion to answer the question in the caption to this video.I've not watched it. I shy away from the lengthy ones but believe I am able to enlighten you on that. There's probably going to be a need to "get into" seemingly irrelevant the So, to start, we must consider that "at the Foundations of Creation" was Parent God (The Almighty) and Child God (Jesus). Both of whom are Holy (possibly, more comprehensible as Wholly). I am of the perspective that They do anything as, only, %100 % effort applied. Did Child God envision a better/greater final product than Parent God??? Many more "pieces" "fall into place" to provide a far broader "picture" from this perspective. Was Parent God aware or Jesus's idea/modification/improvement??? I'm not trying to address that question, but I am continuing in the perspective that Almighty God didn't. Then, consider what it was that Parent God and Child God were creating: Human/The Spouse of God. The collective of Christians are/can be referred to as The Bride of Christ. Enough said on that! Now, consider that Parent God visited Human (Adam & Eve) as would a husband return home from work. There is no need to delve into substantiation for the assertion that there was intercourse- both physical and spiritual. The last time Parent God visits is obvious evidence (they were aware of their nakedness) of The Spouse having-had committed Idolatry (the spiritual counterpart to Adultery). Enraged, Parent God returns to heaven looking for "the only one who could, possibly, be responsible for it -" Jesus. Parent God demands that Jesus "fix" the situation by dying on the cross to satisfy Parent God's rage. Being that the 3 -of The Godhead are %100 % compatible, Jesus is not only willing to but also in agreement with it. Parent God grabs Jesus by the hair, stuffs Jesus into Mary's womb, and Jesus exits from there as the only "begotten (born in the flesh) Child of God. With Jesus' last breath on the cross, the words meaning both "it is finished (Jesus's addition- to creation)" and "paid in full (the penalty/fine to Humans for having sinned against Parent God). Parent God perceives the improvement to Their joint venture and says- of Jesus- "in whom I am well pleased." So, how does this pertain to your question? Well, consider the verse that says, "a day is as 1000 years and 1000years is as a day." Creation was, initially, accomplished in 6 days (from Parent God's perspective) but, with Jesus additional input- at The Foundations of Creation - there came a need for ReCreation (recreation is a childish thing, afterall). Initial Creation took 6 days, and then God rested for a day. I understand that the Jewish Calendar has us in the 6th segment of 1000 years. Upon completion of this 6th segment (6th day of rereation) comes the Millenial (1000 years) Reign of Christ. We are experiencing, essentially, The Growing Pains of ReCreation. Upon completion of ReCreation "the old things (pain, misery, suffering...) shall pass away." Finally, I think, when what began before Time existed, is actually completed, the status prior to Human being evicted from 'The Garden' will be reestablished with the difference being that The Spouse of God, having been endowed with the knowledge of good & evil and thereby the ability to accept or reject God will be as a Bride that said "I do" vs comparatively a Sex Doll that had no say "in the matter!"
