even if Flare got the lowest score, like Marine, i still think she understands Pekora very well while Noel on the other hand might not know what Pekora is thinking most of the time, she trusts her very well as Noel would pretty much go along to any plans that Pekora has. If Rushia was also taking this quiz i think she would also score decently as Pekora and Rushia has always been a dynamic duo of Gen 3 from their banters and shenanigans.
