Good question, NO. It’s all due to our govt and the legal department. They can’t come “street legal” without stricter safety regulations more like the car industry.

Still curious why the highlands has not been released in usa. I mean if australia is the test bed for their hvac, then i guess that makes sense since americans can be a bit picky 😅

The engineers told us that they were NOT happy with how it worked. They said the US consumers would not accept the AC or the Heat for how it works. Not sure if the Aussies are more laid back and don't mind but... the good news is that the company won't release it until they are truly happy with it! Enjoy The Ride, Jared

Not 100% sure. We are an elite dealer so we were given the ability to order 16 of them (U10 and U10 XL). Hopefully this fall?

In time it will be, currently they are still refining the AC system. They were not happy with it according to a few of the Engineers we talked to on the showroom floor. Enjoy The Ride, Jared
