Ron - great channel! Just found it and subscribed. Love your hard work and videos. Is a 40/10 ring to cassette ratio adequate on std build spec? Seems low to me. I realize a 1 x 12 has limitations but this seems like a big negative.

@ronald kuba I am looking to get a Garmin integrated Garmin mount for your more integrated stem. Any idea if you get one somewhere? I contacted 3T but they don´t have something jet. I was hoping to get a 3d print file so I could get it printed in Aluminum or Titanium.

There is one for the Apto, but not for the More as far as I know

I think k-edge has something working with 3t More. Now 3T is giving k-edge mount together with frameset. I saw on youtube that someone was using bar fly prime direct 1 with this stem.

Why not use GRX di2 2by 48/31 chainrings? Should be able to fit with 45mm tyres. You will have better Q factor, better chainline, higher top gear, better drivetrain efficiency, no?

Unfortunately that’s still over the clearance limit of the frame.

I’m surprised you have 700x45 tyres on there. I thought the 700x38 on my RaceMax Italia was tight.

The official clearance is also 45mm

Depends which Italia you have. They did increase clearance at some point.

Also notice that he has a 1x setup. I have it as a 2x and im not sure if 45mm would fit, might run into clearance issues with the FD. With 650b you can prob go wider

It looks like you don't have a direct mount hanger. Do you have one coming in? I really wish there were direct mount hangers for my OG Explloro and 1st generation Strada, but 3T loves Sram sothey don't seem to bother. And now I guess UDH will take care of it for them in the future.

Ronnie I had the same rattling problem with my Dura Ace 9270 shifters. A little bit of tacky grease behind the lever fixed the problem and all has been good for 25,000k now.

I purchased your Ostro gravel frame . In order to fit a 48t oval I had to remove the adjustment spacer from the non-drive side to shift the cranks outboard more . It’s tight but it works . Nice hack with adding a longer spindle on the pedal !
