Sorry to hear that! Luckily there are so many amazing alternatives to wheat and gluten when it comes to baking and cooking! A lot of my recipes on Soul Sync Body are Gluten Free or can be made GF! :)

I highly recommend coconut or olive oil since they are cleaner oils, but whatever oil you have available should be okay!

Note to folks who bring things to potlucks or like to gift treats around the holidays: tree nut allergies are common and life threatening. Be sure to label anything with pecans, almonds, walnuts, cashews, etc, and keep foods with nuts in or on them away from other foods. You may save someone a trip to the emergency room.
