I gotta say, the announcement made it look like this Jiren was going to be another mid Zenkai, but I am quite pleased the way he turned out to be! Looking at his damage in this video, I definitely changed my mind.

Really? I think he is a little underwhelming. I feel like when you give someone a Zenkai at least make sure he is comparable (a good option B) to the main color unit of the same tag. Do you feel like Zenkai Jiren is even 70% of the unit transforming UI Goku is? I don't think so feels more like 50% of it. He should have had a little more overall damage inflicted buffs and at least some new utility like having Card Draw Speed from the get go. The fact that you have to 3x Zenkai buff him so he excels is not good imo.

You could argue that switching to a unit and not needing to worry about cover changes is already very good by its own, but you could say that he's missing some combo potential. It's not like I am saying he should compete with the best units of the game, or do an insane amount of damage/tank very well, just saying that if it has atleast one thing that could be useful it's already usable.

@@nachosrios8882 Bro "useable" is not enough. What is the point of Zenkai'ing units if they won't even see the inside of team for 2 weeks. It makes no sense. Now I am not saying Zenkais should be as good as the best units. But it should be competitive to the main unit of the same color/tag. Otherwise what is the point? Jiren clearly misses out on Card Draw Speed while in todays game literally every new unit since almost a year has even 2x Card Draw Speed.
