Pretty sure the only unit that comes close to that strike damage is Zenkai Legends Roads Trunks from the SECOND ANNIVERSARY, and he’s a transforming character. I just wish Jiren had more to work with other than cover null.

Kuro Koro Rival Universe is pretty much an outdated tag. Kefla buffs Universe Rep with her Zenkai Ability, and she only buffs Girls and Fusion Warriors with her Z-Ability. There's no reason why Jiren can't buff Universe Rep instead with his Zenkai Ability, especially since the recent UI Goku that just got released is on Universe Rep and _not_ Rival Universe. Tag-wise, it's an option. But meta-wise, it doesn't make too much sense. Unless they're planning a ton of Rival Universe releases. But then we already just got a bunch of USS releases and Zenkais, so that might make things stale in PvP.

Adding some sort of utility option to his kit would have been nice. Like Raiyuden mentioned in the video, vanish restore on his ult or main would have been nice, or maybe have him get an extra strike card from landing a blast or strike hit. His damage seems good, but that isn't enough in the current meta. Especially since his blast damage isn't there, making him more one-dimensional.
