Not sure what tv brand you have but all newer Samsung models have what’s called “ambient mode” and you can set a photo/art when your tv is off

Plus those frame tvs cost $2000 last I checked so not really worth it but the Mona Lisa one is cool.

Cute but kind of a small apartment for the price. Although you're probably paying for location rather than size. The best part for me is the washer and dryer. What a convenience!! You don't have to lug the clothes anywhere or get stuck babysitting the machines. Just throw your clothes in and go do what you need to do. Was your building a hospital before or some other commercial building? Just asking because of the radiators.
