who cares even if the apartment is 10k? who cares if her parents are paying for it? people will hate on anyone for literally anything... you could go volunteer at a dog shelter and people would find a way to say you hate cats lol live your life! can't wait for the official apartment tour

I don’t live anywhere near NYC and I know that those prices are to be expected but I was still kind of shocked. Where I live I could afford a mansion with that kind of money. The views from those apartments are really pretty tho. 😅

New sub. Love apt searches and moving vlogs. You do not need to explain your finances or sources of income to anyone. People may not mean any harm, but it is demeaning and disrespectful. As you have stated, you have been paying rent for at least three years... I think you have good budgeting skills. Now I am going to view the next video and see the reveal!!!

I appreciate you being transparent at the beginning of the video, but don't get your hopes up with the internet; there's always going to be a lot of bad faith comments, especially with you being a woman, that no amount of acquiescing will ever really get rid of. Affording 3k a month rent + cost of living in NYC on 100k views a month? Not even a person with 1 million views a month could afford this. Something is not adding up😂 I also don’t understand the logic of reducing spending on food and activities (the stuff viewers want to see) in order to afford a nice place

It’s not just KZbin. She probably has multiple forms of income. She does content on other platforms. Also you can’t forget sponsored content. We don’t know her rate for that, she might make enough to cover 1 month of rent with just 1 sponsored post. And she doesn’t just do sponsored content once a month. At the end of the day, we aren’t in her bank account so we will never know how much she truly makes. She knows what she can or cannot afford. We should just support her and her sister as they are experiencing new things in New York.

A lot of the content will inevitably be filmed in the apartment such as vlogs, cooking and fashion videos. As a content creator she needs natural light and aesthetic backdrops if she wants to get views. So it makes perfect sense to me that she would spend that much on a nice place.
