No. Port area changes with box volume. He 's chasing numbers so a passive radiator wouldnt get him any higher on the meter. I do agree the ports are probly affecting the output .

Getting a 30k taramps. With (4) 350 amp alternators how many lithium batteries are needed in amp hours thank you. Added. How much for a complete install thinking about 6 15's (30k) taramps 4 th order box. Looking to break 160 db sealed on glass is this possible and where would I take it to for the install. Lastly how long will it take. Thanks and that ratio sounds great 👍

I would go with atleast 300ah of Lithium so go with the 1:1 ratio 1,000 watts per 10ah of lithium if it was me.

Maybe he spliced the wrong subwoofer wires and taped them up incorrectly and that’s affecting the output … idk but I ain’t seen someone splice and tape their subs like that in a long time lol

I actually hit a 151.8 in my daily at 37hz and I'm running (4) 12s on a 5k...so he should be way louder than me.

This hobby isn't as hot on the Central Coast of California. Nobody local has 0AWG unless you want to pay $3 a foot. No 0 AWG anything. I have to order everything unless I find it local on Facebook. Honestly, I haven't seen a car around here with more than one amp. No shows either. I'd have to go 100+ miles in three directions to either L.A., Sacramento, Fresno or Bakersfield.

I get my 1-0, which is a little thicker than 0 from a marine store. They use it for boat engines. It is 1.80 a foot.

@@aaronsantoss7910 all of my wire is XS POWER other than the sketchy 0 AWG I bought. I have to say, for copper clad aluminum it's doing all right under 3000 w. After I upgrade my alternator I'm swapping it for something like what you're talking about.
