Unfortunately, impulse signal tends to infinity as t tends to zero. Therefore, it's not a bounded input, since the requirement for a bounded input is to have finite value at each and every instant of time. Instead, unit step input could be an example of bounded input.

if real number is negative it is stable, if real number is = 0 it is marginally stable, if real number is positive it is unstable

Isn't the rule that the ROC must include the imaginary axis? For this to be true the system must also be causal to be stable? Agree?

No, it's considered not BIBO stable. The poles MUST lie in the real LHP strictly.
