This one’s a very tough cell. I saw this get shown by somebody else. It was sold for like 3 million a couple years ago. Apparently they’re trying to make double at least two I have a friend who lives up here the only negative thing about this place the homeowners association is super high like over four grand a month, everything‘s high taxes are high homeowners insurance is high. It will take a very unique individual to buy something like this somebody’s looking for something like this. Exactly they say when a market is on its way down the first things to stop selling the high-rises, I think this one I hate to say itis gonna be sitting for a while it’s beautiful unfortunately you’re talking over $900 a square foot.
