When I leased a unit there while under the ownership of Mandarin Oriental, I never cooked once. I always took a short walk into Aria, Cosmo or Bellagio when I was hungry. They also had 24/7 room service when it was under Mandarin.

Also you can easily walk to Bellagio & it’s restaurants and the Conservatory & fountains via the new inner walkway thru Vdara. In addition, Vdara lobby has 24 hour cafe with small produce section. Moreover, across street from Waldorf Astoria is a Target with a grocery and fresh produce section.

Hi Olga how would you compare The Martin to the Waldorf Astoria .. as far as luxury living ?

In terms of high-rise luxury living, Waldorf Astoria is unmatched in Las Vegas. The Martin is great but it doesn’t have quite the same level of on-property amenities. Honestly the Martin nowadays has generally the same feel as Panorama. Perhaps originally it was slightly more polished than Panorama but now many units at Panorama have been upgraded.

Did they give a time frame on when the actual SkyBar would be finished with the remodel? Also, what's happening with the 23rd floor lobby that's no longer being used? I'm assumed they have plans to change that into something else. How about the downstairs residential lobby, any plans to update/remodel that? They remodeled the downstairs hotel lobby; and it looks great, so hopefully they can update the residential side soon... because it's looking dated... just like all the residential units that haven't been remodeled since they were built-out over 15 years ago.
