This is a life-changing video. The 4-7-8 takes a while to really reach its maximum potential. It works if you do it, but if you do it every day, it gets better. Eventually it has a lasting effect. I did it for about a month before I experienced that 'lasting effect'. The only thing I would add is to focused on the breathing. No thinking; just mediate on the 4-7- 8 breathing.

This REALLY worked for me!!! I have a Dario BP machine & my blood pressure was extremely high so I came here & searched on yt. After like 3 mins I re-took my bp and it was considerably lower. I kept doing the exercises until my dr appt same morning and it kept going down. My initial bp was 153/102. It went down to 118/80.

If you do this trying to stop a panic attack, you will just panic some more until you realise you are not in danger and your body can handle its own adrenaline/stress hormones. Instead: You should do nothing for 10 minutes after it occurs. It will stop by itself. Your body has a built in system to burn that adrenaline/cortizol. If you get a panic attack and you start google-ing for a solution, it implies you have a problem and you will get more adrenaline/cortizol that will scare you even more. You should do this exercise to prevent it to happen, when you are calm and everything is normal.

Anxiety is attacking. Really no joke, anxiety is also force. When u try to get rid of it, it attacks u because it's very fond of u and all anXious person's 😭🤔😎
@MusoStuu10 ай бұрын
Easy to explain: because you weren’t used to this particular technique, you are hyperventilating- you lowered your carbon dioxide levels in your blood.. leading to dizziness, tingling in the fingers and toes, and lightheadedness. It’s just a sign that your cardiovascular system and lungs are a little bit out of condition. This can be rectified though with some exercise and deep breathing exercises. ❤
