I really like the 1 2 3 because they have some elements of the old but still embraces the modern architectural components. Any one of those three will do. My preference will be 1. It looks futuristic but that roof design will be constant reminder of the good old days.

Option 1 sounds like potentially the most grand theatre, but we can't actually see the tiers presented. I want the new stadium to have at least 4 tiers, maybe 5. We want something truly magnificent. I would also urge the club not to follow this trend of covering the entire outer shell in pixels and solar panels. There's no need to copy Bayern and Real Madrid in that regard. The only concern I'd have about making the stands too steep, is that if/when FIFA and/or UEFA change the criteria for 5 star stadiums, Utd's stadium then won't qualify to host CL finals or international tournament matches.

They all look great Sam, personally I would rather the stands be steep, when you look at Wembley, the stands are not that steep so by the time you get to the top tier it’s really far away from the pitch, but steep stands I think would mean a far more imposing ground for away teams to come to, with a more fierce atmosphere. I hope it’s around 100 thousand, United regularly get around 73, 74 thousand,, and I believe 146 thousand waiting list for seats, so make it 100 thousand and get them revenues up so as a club we punch harder, off those 4 options I’d go for 1 or 3

Fosters & Partners were bought in for Carrington update. They are Mancherster based and designed Wembley and that award winning stadium in Qatar. They already done some work at Carrington, made it more modern. And theyre presumably going to be the first choice of architect for the Stadium. Looking at some of their designs, including the entry for Nou Camp, I dont think any of those designs are cool or modern enough. They all look like Arsenal stadiums.
