Thanks for the video but I don't know if you realize that the volume was almost nonexistent. I did not hear 99% of it. It is obvious that this house was built for foreigners or very rich Jamaicans to purchase. I don't know if it is overpriced because I am not from Jamaica. If I were that fortunate, I would have to change some of the bathroom tiles especially the sink counters and the master bathroom with those horrible black tiles and other things like the tub.. The green coloured walls would have to go. Otherwise, it is a lovely house that can be furnished beautifully with modern looking furniture. I love the balconies. Maybe in my next life I will be that fortunate. I am glad for the lucky person.

Yes we also agreed that for the period when this house was built, it still looks pretty nice today. It was however repainted last year, according to the previous owner.

The prices of houses seem to be going sky high at the moment. It could just be a correction, as houses for example in Barbados and say grand caymans have been much more expensive.

An interesting property……………It would have been even more interesting and marketed with better camera work, improved audio and production quality…………….some elements of the camera work made me Dizzy………………..were you in a hurry and were you scared of that little lizard?…………..it made me giggle a little 🇯🇲😄

The presentation of this property was not up to standard...the hostess or hosting agents clothing attire was not appropriate for a showing.. However...How much is the property and who do we contact if interested??

Interior very dated ,need some landscaping ,that green and yellow paint on the walls is screaming dated ,lighting fixtures need changing. There is nothing appealing about this house.

What maybe one mans castle, may not appeal to another. We thank you for your comments. You are right about one thing, it was fitted about a decade ago. But some of the sellers choices are still in fashion today. Alot of people love this property and that's why it sold very very quickly. All the very best. and thanks again for your comment.

Jamaican homes are not very good on the finishes and little thought seems to be given to outside views. Also, all the pipe columns on the inside, just aesthetically ugly. Very strange architecture and design.

no no no that not true at all. You could probibly get it for around $800,000 USD. It recently sold for about $600,000 USD. Sorry you missed out on this property. It sold very very quickly.
