Hello sir , I have a question . One of my patient feels dizzy and has headache once I take her head outside the bed in extension position . What can be the rsn for this with respect to cervical area and any alternative treatment to treat this?

She also starts feeling cramp like pain in the stomach once I ask her to tuck in her stomach , it's difficult to start even basic level 1 abdominal contraction exercise for her... Any particular rsn for this ? And how can I move ahead keeping this in mind

sir firing up or tighten abdomen can very well facilitate exhalation and not inhalation, and as you mentioned extension to be done while inhalation, can you please clear this

Core activation to be maintained throughout the inhalation and exhalation. That's one of the the way to challenge the spine stabilizers during dynamic exercise.
