My daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer. They misdiagnosed her by telling her she had the cancer that doesn’t spread, and then they changed her mind. She had a lump ectomy to go on chemo, which made her deathly sick so sick. She wanted up in the emergency room three times, they got all the cancer but they’re saying they want her on chemo in case one cell got away or something like that. Have any advice I can give her

I love green tea❤️❤️ I recommend buying organic and loose not in tea bags. Many tea bags are made of paper treated with dangerous chemicals. Harney and Sons makes good loose organic tea.

Thank you for these informative videos. It’s easier to comply when you know the why! Anyway, EWG has reported that pomegranates are one of the foods which are contaminated with paraquat, a dangerous herbicide that is implicated in Parkinson’s disease. EWG reports that the Wonderful company’s products are laced with this chemical. I wish we knew which other growers use it- and also if it is safe to eat organic. I don’t think I have seen organic pomegranate. If you find out anything on this matter, let us know. I hope we don’t hear the standard line that it’s ok to eat no organic foods because some of our foods have been scientifically shown to be quite dangerous. Strawberries and spinach are two examples. Workers must wear hazmat suits to pick conventional strawberries. Sadly the use of pesticides and herbicides in our foods can’t be simply blown off with the notion that it’s better to eat conventional plants than none at all. These chemicals are dangerously, particularly for farm workers who are an economically exploited group and a vulnerable population in many other ways. Food is our medicine for sure and it is critical to look at our whole system of food production- from the planting and growing to the picking, transporting and selling…. And of course we need to examine the ownership and patenting of biological foods along with the consolidation of ownership of food by big Ag companies. It is all interrelated. Food for people, not for mere profit. Food is a basic human birthright.

Hi Dr Li i have been listening to you for a number of years now and have learnt so much from you in regards to keeping my cancer away . I have had my kidney removed with a 40mm cancerous tumour . There is one thing that has confused me for a while now regarding the amino acid methionine . I am told it is an essential requirement for cancer to grow . So to lower it in my diet i try and go animal protien free but end up being so low in b vitamins i end up on intravenous supplementation even when i am daily supplementing on b12 .When i go back on animal protien my blood tests are fine and i feel great . I would love to here a video on your thoughts about methionine as i have heard you classify animal protiens like salmond as a big cancer fighter . Thank you again for sharing your wealth of knowledge cheers

@@civicng8947 I'm in grow zone 6B. I grow them in raised beds. I planted the potatoes end of March and expect to harvest them in early July, once the potato plants flowered and died back. I water them deeply twice a week and fertilize when I plant and then about every 3 weeks. I use dehydrated chicken manure.

A wonderful podcast and thank you so much. There is an issue, however, that should be brought up. Sometimes it is just not practical, or even possible, to locate and purchase pomegranates, papaya, or purple potatoes. This being the case, could we not greatly benefit from supplements made from these foods that work almost as well (or even better?) than the actual food itself? These food derived supplements are usually widely found on the internet, and easily ordered. Please give us your thoughts on this. Many thanks, and please keep up your wonderful and valuable work.

Hello Dr. Li. I was just diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and taking the injection shoots. I’m getting mix feedback with eating foods with high antioxidants because it may block the work the injections are doing to kill the cancer cells. What you mentioned in the first chapter is actually what happen to me. I was told eat what you want but now a lot of the foods you offer have high antioxidant. I trust your knowledge. I would like to you take on this. And again, thank you for your help.

Hi Doctor, my mom is 80 years old and recently she was diagnosed with stomach cancer. she has endoscopic gj installed in her stomach to bypass food to the intestine. Doctors in India think that she is too weak to go through chemo or to do the surgery for the tumor. are there any options for immunotherapy given her age and health? Deeply appreciate and will be grateful for your suggestions.

My question is do you have any good info on cachexia? How to maintain weight? I have been following a diet to slow it but ultimately lose a few pounds every so many days and if I don't drink my smoothies daily I will lose 9 pds by the 3rd day ... found that out when I got a cold so I have slowed the weight loss but I just need help and local docs have no clue. I am exhausted and barely making it through a day. Over the past year I have lost over 100 pds and that was after I mysteriously gained just over 60 pds and still no answers or help. I just reached my base weight - my preferred weight and I am struggling to keep it there if I lose 10-15 more pds I will look like a skeleton so at this point I am freaking out. Anyone with any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

We used to see purple potatoes in the grocery and as soon as information came out about this potato fighting cancer they are no longer sold in the stores. I can't seem to find them anywhere. Tractor Supply sells a blue potato and we are currently growing them, they appear purple but aren't called purple potatoes so I have no idea if we're getting the same benefit? If you know could you please respond? Thanks.
@INTERNETVID
@INTERNETVID 2 ай бұрын
Trader Joe's sells an asian purple potato but it's white inside so not nutritionally equal to full flesh purple type. I buy at Wegman's but they're only in the Philly tri-state area. I'd try Whole Foods if possible.
@genietillery878
@genietillery878 2 ай бұрын
@@INTERNETVID I agree, If I could ever just get there, its far away from my home. The potatoes we're growing are called blue something and they are blue internally as well. They appear purple on the outside as they are a very dark blue. I wonder if the name has to be purple in order to get the same benefit?
@INTERNETVID
@INTERNETVID 2 ай бұрын
@@genietillery878 That's interesting. I never heard of blue potatoes, and in fact only knew there was a purple sweet potato variety within the last several months. I concur that the purple designation necessitates a dark purple inside. In fact I can attest that when fully cooked the flesh is so dark it approaches black in color so if darker means nutritionally better the purple sweet potato is top shelf no doubt about it. Tastes great too. Actually mild, like a white sweet potato.
@genietillery878
@genietillery878 2 ай бұрын
@@INTERNETVID You can google blue potatoes and see them. They are sold at Tractor Supply in the early spring. They are very dark on the outside and blue internally. I did find this today copied for you "Purple potatoes, sometimes referred to as blue potatoes, are a type of potato which are native to South America. While very similar to their white grocery store counterparts, these potatoes exhibit a beautiful purple colored skin and flesh."
