Assalamualaikum. My name is Cameron Riyahi-Mehabadi. I traveled to Iran a couple times between 2007-2009. I was in Tehran and Isfahan during the election protests. A troubling experience in my life. While I was there My Amu explained to me that I am a direct descendant of Hurr. I was hoping to gain more insite in regards to this as I've been studying Islam more and more over the years. My Modar Bizorg has the maiden name of Khan-Divari which I'm told carries a warriors aspect as well. His mercy never ceases and His and His bounty is never missed. This world is a place for which destruction is ordained and for its inhabitants departure from here is destined. It is sweet and green. It hastens towards its seeker and attaches to the heart of the viewer. So depart from here with the best of provision available with you and do not ask herein more than what is enough and not demand. Well, infallibility should mean that one doesn't sin simply because he has been purified by Allah, it is harram to insult somebody plus that's not in the character of our prophet and his ahlul bayt

BrickerBlocky How could anyone ask us to praise M B Al Sadir after what he said during his third ominous Appeal to the Iraqi Nation? He declared: “I want to tell you Oh the sons of Ali and Al Hussain, Oh the sons of Abi Bakir and Omer, the battle is not between the Shia and the Sunni Rule. The Sunni Rule represented by the Rightly Guided Khalifat, which was based on Islam and Justice, was defended by Ali. He fought as a soldier under the banner of the first Khalifa Abu Bakir. We all will fight for the banner of Islam and under the banner of Islam no matter what its sectarian colour. The Sunni Rule which held the banner of Islam should be fought for according to Shia edicts that had been made half a century ago. Shia numbering in the hundreds of thousands shed their blood for the preservation of the banner of Islam and for the up keeping of the Sunni Rule. The present Rule in Iraq is not a Sunni Rule even if those who dominate the governing authority are Sunni in origin. The Sunni Rule does not mean the rule of a person of Sunni parents. It means the Rule of Abi Bakir and Omer. Their rule was defied by the tyrants in Iraq by their oppressive behaviour. The present Rulers in Iraq violated both the sanctity of Islam and the sanctity of Ali and Omer. They are doing so every day and in every criminal step of theirs”.

@@rafidhi14 they could be made up stories, there are scholars whose bodies were preserved due to their piety however it's not farfetched that his followers would make up such lies, they practically worship moqtada now. What matters is how he behaved, taqiyya is done to preserve ones life, by going against the oppressor Saddam he neglected taqiyya, so his words were either hypocrisy or his actual belief. Just be careful from corrupt personalities, you embarked on ship of nuh peace be upon him by following ahlulbayt peace be upon them, just keep in your heart love for them and hatred of their enemies like Abu bakr, Umar and Aisha. I recommend you give the book qitab sulaym al hilali a read, it contains many beautiful ahadith that show the history and merits of shia Islam.

Letter 79 This is the order issued by imam Ali ( a ) to his generals when he took over rulership of the Muslim state. Verily , previous rulers have come to sad ends because they prevented people from getting their just rights, they got corrupted and could be purchased, when they were tempted by sins and vices , they were lead astray and they followed the wicked lead./ Letter 79./ nahjul balagha.

So, Hurr ibn Yazid is the St. Paul of Islam? It is very true that both the fatalists and the deists are wrong about predestination. A believer is to leave off the names of disbelief and sin; while picking up those It is not to us to judge everyone, but to suspend judgement or criticism when Sunni narrators list sins of some and tell us that prophet Muhammad is said to tell us that we can reject the opinion of anyone after him, but those in line with the revelation and inspiration. When we follow poets, we should be careful to understand and to not follow hypocrites. The inspiration of all is human nature and in our environment. Why live upon an assumption of unworthiness and inability to come across the teachings of Muhammad and Al Qoor'aan in order to follow it on our own understanding. Sufism took off when this ideal of the Imams was crystallized in figures of the past. We don't need a living master when the example of Muhammad provides a template to work with. If Sunni sources say we should have the same political alliance, there needs to be no trying to justify the Omayyad.
