Would like to confirm maam, you used 18g of ground coffee bean using Double Portafilter to extract 2shots and same espresso setup but longer extraction to reach 3 shots for cappuccino?

Yes, that is correct. You just need to get a lungo shot (long shot) for the same amount of ground coffee. I do wish I can do more F2F training soon!

Hmm, I am not sure what machine you are using. If there is a manual flow then select that. Otherwise you might need to recalibrate.

Hi Ms. Riza been doing your recipes followed all measurements but my 16 oz. Glass isn't full. Alot of space on the top should i fill it with ice? Im using tube ice and strawless lid cup 16oz.

Hello, yes it will not fill your cup but if you notice I fill it up with ice unless they will be topped up with foamy topping. The recipes are concentrated so adding ice is fine. All the best!

Btw I asked because my customer asked for no ice, and the total volume for my recipe is about 8oz. So he only saw 8oz in his 16oz cup. The recipe tastes good but I just can't get over the feeling of just serving half of what the cup really should be. 😅

The drink is a concentrate. Ice makes it cold. If you would like to serve with 'no ice', shake the drink with ice until the ice is fully dissolved then serve. This way, the drink will be cold.
