Hi, as I only use the machine for my studio and workshops, I don't keep them on all the time. For home, only when I need to use it. Some shops leave them on all the time...

Yes you can. This machine can pull good shots but the taste might not be as great as larger more robust espresso machines

As long as you use caramel syrup and not sauce you may interchange vanilla or caramel. Try both and see what you like better. 😊
