At 46, fixing imbalances is my number one priority. Unless you spend a lot of time listening to your body, they will creep up on you and cause issues. Great video.

I would love to carry on these methods. You need to start some schools or dojo's or what ever you would want to call it. Preferably in Tampa so I can train!

You should try ropeflow. It gives you fantastic mobility and coordination.

Look into chi balls! I haven't tried it out yet, but they are alot like the clubs, but more emphasis on motion.
