After my morning bath, I pretend I'm a ballerina. Balancing on one leg for 90 seconds, and then up on my tip toes, with the rail if I need more balance. I should research remind myself of the positions.

Physical Therapists are educated in the human anatomy and physiology as part of their professional training. Will has a doctorate in physical therapy, so he knows what he is talking about, unlike some others who make rude comments.
