I miss Japan. I lived there for 3 years back in the late 90s. The food, sentos, gorgeous women, and mountain temples were my favorite things. Not many people know how much great variety there is in Japanese food!

Tried Manten based on your rec and it was just ok. They offered kimchi dish, which was ehh.. and makes me think it’s not traditional Japanese Yakitori because the sauce was more sweet.
