Sauce:
2 tbsp limes juice
1 tbsp half white sugar
½ teaspoon salt

3 pieces tofu (cut into cubes)

carrots (shredded)

1 red chilli (shredded)
3tbsp corn flour
Sauce:
5 tbsp Thai Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp lime juice/tangerine juice
1 tsp sugar
(Stir all the ingredients evenly)
