My son found a sewing machine exactly like yours on the side of the road waiting for the garbage pick up and he brought it home. My husband completely restored the all the wood. He wouldn’t let me paint it preferring to keep the original stain color. I liked the first makeover the most but everything looked very nice.

Hi Christina, Loving the waxes you use. It lifts the piece into a very professional look. The black and white cabinet is the prime example. The boho paint pour showing the textured paint technique is beautiful, lowlights give a gorgeous natural weathered look. I like the scandinavian Pink peace. The color reminds me of the art deco hotels in Miami, so instead of dark wax I would prefer a white wash over the pink to get a light salty beachy kind a look. ❤️

Christina, I just found your videos and tutorials a short time ago. I have an heirloom singer treadle machine which was my grandmother’s. It isn’t as ornate as the one you did but it’s old. Now, I have ideas for its makeover. It is gorgeous and you’re right, the gilding wax is the icing on the cake. Please keep on making these videos for sure ( and add the happy dogs!) .
