4 easy donut recipes, soft and tender without a mixer

Ingredients :
130 ml warm milk
40 grams of sugar
5 grams instant yeast
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
300 grams of all-purpose flour

250 grams of all-purpose flour
4 grams instant yeast
30 grams of sugar
7 grams of powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
140 grams of cold milk
30 grams of butter
Donut Recipe 3
Ingredients :
250 grams of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon / 4 grams instant yeast
30 grams of sugar
7 grams of powdered milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
130 grams of warm milk
30 grams of butter
Vanilla custard cream
3 egg yolks
50 grams of sugar
20 grams of cornstarch
250 grams of milk
20 grams of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

I tried the first recipe and the dough was so soft and airy. I will save this and continue using that recipe. I made vanilla custard cream and filled them and I also made a few twisted ones and rolled them in cinnamon sugar. Made more than a dozen donuts. Thank you so much for this delicious recipe.
