I think kneading the dough on the counter is real real important to make the difference between biscuity cake doughnuts and air fluffy glazed donuts . I can make the cake doghnuts real now . But i was not kneading the yeast dough enough i think . Other videos had their own mixers running chug chug chug chug chug
