1. Track time 2. Align what you enjoy to career growth (make more enjoyable) 3. Decision rule - time of day decision was made (decision fatigue) 4. What would this look like if it was fun?

Great sharing Nischa! One tip I've found incredibly useful is the 'two-minute rule.' If something takes less than two minutes to do, I tackle it immediately. This simple habit cuts down on procrastination and keeps small tasks from piling up into a daunting list. It's all about making the most of those spare moments and keeping the momentum going throughout the day. doing this has been a game-changer for my productivity and overall sense of accomplishment. xx

Nicha I just wanted to say a big Thankyou for sharing all that you e learnt with us…! All of your videos have made and helped me look at my finances, made me realise I’m doing a lot right (older cars bought and paid for, no short term debt, just mortgage debt, a few buy to let’s etc) but your help goes beyond this, it makes me look at my own knowledge now in a different light. Can I use what else I know to make more passive income..? Can I work smarter, more efficiently and can I ACT on my thoughts and ideas instead of thinking about them for too long..? Fabulous insights BIG THANKYOU..!

Thank you Nischa, the activity tracking is a really good point. I miss lots of my screen time gaming probably. Maybe there are other things that I'm not aware of that cause me to waste time. Also, having such time tracking might encourage me to work harder 🤓

Great video, excellent value but I have to say what stuck out was the when you said you wear black tops to set low expectations for yourself. Genius, that’s what key set low expectations, and if you exceeded them, then that’s a bonus. 😊

The decision fatigue section about judges also applies to an urban legend that I knew growing up that you were less likely to pass your driving test if the exam was in the morning. Whereas more people got passed in the mornings.
