I have never seen heavy cream that thick especially at 33%. The brand I use is 36% and it's no where near that thickness. I know someone already asked but can you please tell us which brand you're using? All of these flavors look so yummy and yes, I'd make all 4 but there's some changes I'd do just to add more flavor to them. I'd make a pineapple one but I'd use a pineapple from Hawaii. It'll be more expensive (just for the pineapple) but the flavor is outstanding. You wouldn't need to use a lot of sugar because they're so sweet and juicy. I'd pair the pineapple with the cherry. Actually you can pair it with any fruit that compliments pineapple. Same with the coconut one. Cherry would taste so good with it but so would raspberry. I think you get the idea by now. Thanks for sharing this. It's so hot to actually bake but I know my family would enjoy them just as much as if I baked something, lol...

Hello, dear friend, thank you, I'm glad you liked it and thank you very much for your good idea. I will definitely try it! For the cream, the type of cream I use is breakfast cream, which has 33% fat. You can use heavy cream or whipped cream, if you prefer, sweet cream. If you use it, remove the powdered sugar.

@@Baking_RoomYou're welcome. Thanks for the reply. I've never heard of breakfast cream or sweet cream but I'll do some research to see if it's available near me. I have yet to make one of these but I'm planning to in the coming days. Usually I don't have a problem finding ladyfingers but I have since watching your video. I now have them and my mascarpone. I just have to choose which flavors I want to go with, lol. I'll come back to let you know how it turned out. Thanks again... 😊

What kind of regular cream do you use? Looks so thick. I use cream cheese instead of mascarpone bc sometimes I can’t find it and is very expensive

Hello, I use 33% cream, or heavy cream, you can also use whipped cream, there was no mascarpone cheese, you can use unsalted or low-salt cream cheese.

If you have a Walmart nearby you can get it there and it's cheaper than most stores. The only other store I found it at for a bit cheaper is Aldi's however they don't always have it on hand. I got lucky last week and yesterday. They had a good amount of the tubs for $3.75 each. I grabbed 2 on each visit, lol. Even if I can't use them right away the dates on them are good until Jan of next year. Hope this is helpful. I know how difficult it can be to find certain ingredients. I'm having trouble finding ladyfingers in stores. There's only 1 that carries them for a decent price but it's like 12 miles away. It's a good thing that I have to go to that area every other week but it would be so much easier if I could just find them nearby. Anyhoo, best of luck to you and enjoy if you are able to make one of these... 😋

sorry to say, the cherry cake looks like having blood smothered and dripping over it
