That rs500 will be at least 350bhp with it having the big t4 turbo and massive intercooler as standard , you'd get 320bhp from a t3 and small intercooler , another great video adam

The Accord looks a very similar spec to someone I used to know who raced UK Thunder Saloons championship back in the 90s around the same time,the RS 500 looks superb,cheers chaps 👍

Nice. Vid. Modest people with fast Fords always great content. Mad these relatively normal cars back in the day. I still dont see them as insurance 100k to 500k but they are. Crazy world. You just would if had endless money just buy them any money.

The stories I've heard over the years about the amazing cars that have been sold for peanuts over the years. The old Group B cars that nobody wanted because the category was banned, so nobody wanted a hugely expensive Metro 6R4 or RS200. If only I wasn't 5 years old at the time 😄 Colin Blower, I know his name from racing Mitsubishi Starions back in the 80s. My Dad got me his autograph along with Richard Burns when they were involved in a driving experience with the then newly launched Evo VI.

Thats only a tiny part of Ali's collection, thats just what he couldn't fit in the other units lol. Saw the roof of a mk3-4 escort with a roll cage when driving along. Stopped to ask a few questions... immediately saw it wasnt a normal mk3 escort . It was a gartrac g3.... talking to the block. Also has the mk4 escort monster truck... and a 2.9 cosworth powered capri.. all in garages... you never know what is behind a garage door
