Using the ramp was interesting I have the worst body for squats . Long femurs , poor ankle mobility, maybe deep hip sockets (McGill calls it the Scottish hip and funnily enough I am Scottish ) and probably other things /tightness. I played around with multiple slant boards and angles etc. eventually I found a way to get to about parallel without buttwink by using a slant board and holding a weight out in front that acted as a counterbalance and allowed me to stay more upright which also reduced buttwink kicking in too fast.

@ourclarioncall this is great, and for longer limb people I definitely recommend the ramp and a "hamburger" position as you mentioned. A sandbag or barbell in the zercher position reached forward as well with the ramp will also help, and let you get a little more loading as well. Hopefully that can get you moving in the right direction!

@ yeah, that was what I concluded , some type of front squat like a zercher is the only thing that would work for me, right now anyway. Cool, I never thought about the sandbag
