Hello.
Today, I made steamed bun, a must-eat snack in winter!
I made it in 4 different flavors: sweet red bean, pizza, sweet potato cream cheese, and corn cream cheese.
Steamed bread does not require primary fermentation, so it is a bread that can be made quickly and easily.
Things to keep in mind when making steamed buns
1. When steaming steamed bun, cover the lid with a cotton cloth so that the steamed bun surface comes out smoothly.
2. Never try to open the lid while steaming steamed bread. Steamed buns may sink.
3. After steaming for 15 minutes on medium heat, turn off the heat and let it steam for about 5 minutes before opening the lid.
I made it with all-purpose flour, and the chewy steamed bun tastes really good!
The pizza steamed bun had plenty of filling, so the visual was very good. LOL
The new flavors, sweet potato cream cheese and corn cream cheese steamed bun, were also so delicious that I was surprised. !

All purpose flour 145g ( 1cup+1Tbsp)
Sugar 25g (2Tbsp)
Salt 2g (1/2tsp)
Instant dry yeast 2g (3/4tsp)
Baking powder 2g (1/2tsp)
Warm milk 80g (1/3cup)
Oil 5g (1tsp)
Sweet red bean paste
🌽 Corn Cream Cheese Steamed Bread 🌽
▶ Ingredients ◀ Steamed bread for 4 pieces (1cup=240ml)
All purpose flour 100g ( 3/4cup+1Tbsp)
Yellow corn flour 40g (5Tbsp)
Sugar 25g (2Tbsp)
Salt 2g (1/2tsp)
Instant dry yeast 2g (3/4tsp)
Baking powder 2g (1/2tsp)
Warm milk 95g (1/3cup+1Tbsp)
Oil 5g (1tsp)
Cream cheese 190g (3/4cup+4tsp)
Sugar powder 45g (1/3cup+1/2Tbsp)
Canned corn 75g (105ml)
🍕 Pizza Steamed Bread 🍕
▶ Ingredients ◀ 6 pieces of steamed bread (I made 6 pieces of dough according to the amount of pizza steamed bun. ) (1cup=240ml)
All purpose flour 210g ( 3/4cup+1Tbsp)
Sugar 40g (3Tbsp+1tsp)
Salt 3g (2/3tsp)
Instant dry yeast 3g (1tsp)
Baking powder 3g (3/4tsp)
Warm milk 95g (1/3cup+1Tbsp)
30g Ketchup (3+1/2 tsp)
Oil 7g (1/2Tbsp)

All purpose flour 135g ( 3/4cup+ 1+1/2Tbsp)
15g purple sweet potato powder (1Tbsp+1/2Tbsp)
Sugar 25g (2Tbsp)
Salt 2g (1/2tsp)
Instant dry yeast 2g (3/4tsp)
Baking powder 2g (1/2tsp)
Warm milk 80g (1/3cup)
Oil 5g (1tsp)
1 middle size Sweet potato 170g
Cream cheese 110g (1/2cup)
Sugar powder 65g (1/2cup+ 1/2Tbsp)
