Jimbo Fisher is now 8-1 vs UF. Dang, I wish he never left FSU
@encycl07pedia-4 жыл бұрын
You're a fool, then. He's the main reason FSU is in this predicament in the first place. Without Dalvin Cook covering up his laziness, he would have an even worse record for letting the program rot.
@kommsofort69774 жыл бұрын
@@encycl07pedia- BS. Taking out all your anger on your former coach is a cop-out. He's the only guy that can win at FSU besides Bobby Bowden, apparently. 3 years on, and you still blame Fisher, that's a sad joke.
@encycl07pedia-4 жыл бұрын
@@kommsofort6977 1. It is his fault. He was letting the program rot from 2014. He just had the talent to cover it. If he was doing his job like he was supposed to, FSU would've had more success. 2012 should've been a cakewalk to the NCG but he screwed that one up. He stopped trying, let bad culture take over, lost control of the players, and even stopped recruiting. Look at his 2017 postgame interviews. He looks like a barfly more than a head coach, going several days without shaving and definitely not trying to grow a beard. 2. Bobby Bowden was head coach at FSU from 1976-2009. FSU had their first perfect season (8-0) in 1950 under Veller, 4 whole years into the program's history. Bill Peterson also got FSU into the Top 15 EOY polls multiple times before Bowden showed up, so you can shove that ignorant comment up your ass. 3. I'm not taking out "all of my anger" on him. I'm just saying FSU wouldn't be in the position we're in had he not stopped trying. Willie Taggart was just stagnation and a diversity hire. Seriously, Wilcox signed him just to be a black head coach and then quit. We don't have nearly as much talent as we used to, particularly on defense. FSU played well this weekend considering and I'm happy with our outlook. TAMU is going to continue to not win titles with a burnout as a head coach. Your ego is all inflated because you barely beat a seriously overrated UF squad.
@kommsofort69774 жыл бұрын
@@encycl07pedia- Keep telling yourself that. I've never heard a fanbase blame a former coach more than FSU fans--several years out. TAMU? Who said anything about them? They won ONE game, it's irrelevant to the discussion of your misplaced anger anyway. No one has any ego, I'm just calling it like I see it. He does seem to be doing a pretty good job there so far. Maybe it was his divorce while at FSU and the administration that was reluctant to make changes he requested? You guys need to move on. And I'm not reading that essay, I skimmed enough to know you've got misplaced anger issues--over a college sport.
@encycl07pedia-4 жыл бұрын
@@kommsofort6977 lol. It's not like this happened in 2000. Programs don't magically get better in a couple years. You're in denial about things. TAMU going 9-4 and 8-5 under Fisher isn't doing well... maybe for TAMU it is. It's not an essay. You just don't want to read the hard truths or you're too stupid to be able to follow a few paragraphs. "Misplaced anger issues." Keep lying to yourself. Have fun not winning a division title. :)

sad thing is, why is college football more intense and down to the wire more than the nfl? lmaooo. great game
@SoFuknSwaggy4 жыл бұрын
Wider hash marks in college, which makes more opportunities for big plays on offense since you have a wider field to play with, secondly defenses in college are way worse compare to the NFL which means more scoring for both teams so to the casual fan it may seem more appealing, NFL game is way more about strategy, college game is more about tradition, pure talent and the better players will stand out more than in NFL being that in the NFL everyone are good players top to bottom more so than a college roster, I enjoy my NFL Sundays tho lol
@encycl07pedia-4 жыл бұрын
@@SoFuknSwaggy lol. The NFL is more attractive to room temperature IQs and casual fans. A bunch of ignorant people (of American football in general, not necessarily dumb people) in Europe know that the NFL is and watch it. The NFL can't even figure out what catches and pass interference are. CFB has way more offensive strategies and formations and plays, if only because there are way, way, way more teams and coaches. You ask the average NFL fan what the triple option is and they won't have a clue what you're talking about. The talent disparity in the NFL is much closer, though. The biggest innovation in playcalling for the NFL in the past 20 years is the misdirection punt return. That "tradition" you mention is why there aren't as many casual fans of college football. It's tied to geography and communities moreso than the NFL with the Cleveland L.A. St. Louis L.A. Rams and Oakland L.A. Oakland Las Vegas Raiders and others. At least the Texans finally won a Super Bowl... I mean the Chiefs. And the Browns have two Super Bowl championships... I mean the Ravens. Wait, that doesn't count because the new Browns take credit for the Ravens-Browns history...

weird, ESPN was talking about Florida after last weeks game like they were the second coming of 2019 LSU. wonder what SEC team they will say is the "greatest football team ever" after this week? they'll have to revert back to Alabama I guess

Lol Florida fumbled with 3 minutes left and driving past the 50. Vegas call a 7 point game and 2 out 4 Gameday guys called it a&m

I want to run it back with A&M. Great team but I think the Gators win next time. Can’t rely on a last minute fumble to win again.

Honestly this game isn’t even trask fault he literally put us in position to win this game and the runner back sold us

Good win for A&M but this only keeps the cycle of SEC teams staying high in the top 25 and they aren't that good. UF will likely drop to #14. Must be nice to have that luxury.

Aint no way in hell Texas A&M should've been going toe to toe with #4 Florida. They got exposed big time.

Ohio Against The World SEC teams are the best in college football the premier league it’s gonna be like that the rest of ur life might as well get over it and get used to it lol only teams in the other conferences are truly overrated like Texas, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, Michigan, the SEC teams win important games
