In this video, I share my personal view, my personal focus areas of improving my circadian rhythms. And I use a visual (I love visuals) to explain my ideas
0:00 - Introduction
0:51 - Explaining my graph
1:52 - Focus Area 1 - Staying active during the day
2:45 - Focus Area 2 - Ramping up activities in the morning
3:38 - Focus Area 3 - Having a great sleep routine
4:34 - Focus Area 4 - Having a consistent schedule
5:12 - Summary
It's critical to have a healthy biological clock in order to have a healthy daily routine!

For me, instead of physical work i do alot of mental work on the laptop. Is this fine? Or do i need to incorporate physical activities too?

It's a good question, and I haven't seen any good papers on this topic. My take is following - the brain consumes only 20% of the daily calorie spend, so if you do only mental work, you utilize 20% of your body's energy capacity. So, both mental and physical loads are required to maximize the activity element in the circadian rhythm. Actually, the physical part (80%) is even more critical than the mental piece (20%). Again, I haven't seen any solid science on this topic, so this is my thought process.
