Yaar you must peel the cover of apple and pear bcz it's hard to digest 4 to 6 baby... I don't think so it's good enough for early stages with fruits cover

To jab cerealic ka pata laga to wo chez preserve hai ur chemicals say baree huwi hai. Bohat pareshan huway hain. Ab humnay safed chawal ko khub paka kar blender may blend kar k soft kar k puree jaisa phir baby ko de tay hai without cow milk. And sugar. Tora sa ghur daltay hai mamuli say baby kha leta hai tora sa. Kya sahi hai? Aur 6 month ka hojai aur hum kya kya de es ko k es ki growth achi chalay. Saf sotra ghar ka khaye. ? Sagodana ? Fruits ? Internet par to meat puree bhi leekha hai k de baby ko kuch samaj nahi ata. Sath doctor nay iron drops bhi daya daily 6 drops 3 months k liye jis ka color baby k potty may bhi ata hai . Like dark green. Allah k liye bhai agar ap ko maloomat ho to guide karday ye sadqay jaria hai. Masoom k help k zarya bano gay ap . Shukriya. Waiting bhai.

+Chisom Happiness, I mostly use organic fruits and vegetables, sometimes buy regular, still I prefer with skin as it's easily blend out and if you wash really well and your baby doesn't get any problem, which is the most important thing, then it's ok...as I never throughout apples & pear's skin, it has lots of vitamins also.
