I love Hall sensors and this there the best. I also found a different type of Hall sensor (by accident) that has a 4th leg terminal and does not need a transistor to trigger the coil. This Hall sensor must have a built in transistor and cuts out all the complexity in the circuit. The only down side is that it can only run on 5v max and very thin coil wire or the chip get really hot. So really you only need the sensor and the coil.

In short: when the magnet approaches the Hall sensor, it triggers and turns on the transistor that turns on the coil. The magnet is attracted, the rotor rotates, it is about 40-60 degrees of rotation, it moves by inertia after closing the Hall and the transistor. After 90 degrees, everything is repeated with the second coil, then with the third, fourth. Each coil has its own electronic control. And so 4 times at 90 degrees, a full rotation of 360 degrees. Transistors IRF4905, polarity P. The second transistor is only needed to turn on the LED. In principle, this motor can be made on reed switches, but reed switches are very sensitive to magnets and would have to be located far from each other.

Hello sir! I like yours all Videos, but i have a question for you guys, maybe you can, how did you make that hall sensor Bot? If you want to explain, please make a video of the complete body. Kind regards. your youtube subscriber.

nice, simple, using less , can run many practical mini devices .. it's using a lot of volt's for the size of pulsed coils, why ? , perhaps an enclosed laminate coil (transformer E style) will reclaim more pulsed magnetic field for less volts in the same space.. better use of unused bemf through a diode direct to the next coil or delaying cap (takes x time to charge & release) !

I made 500 turns in the coils, this is a lot, it was necessary to make 200-300 turns.

Я правильно понял, что мы в любом случае используем электричество, что бы запустить вал ?

@@grain-diose мне почему то кажется, что комбинируя разными полюсами ( отталкивание и притяжение) можно собрать самовращающийся вал без сторонней подпитки энергией

Nice! Is there any way of controlling the speed?
@grain-diose
@grain-diose 3 жыл бұрын
No, in this version it is possible only to change with voltage, but without control. To control any engine, a separate sensor with an RPM controller is needed.
