Fantastic video, thanks so much for posting this. I'm a personal trainer, and none of my clients have specific athletic goals, and neither do I. But I'm all about improving general qualities - motor control, strength, stamina, mobility - to create versatile capability. I can't wait to try these with myself and my clients to improve motor control.

Are these drills helpful for soccer players (midfielder) ? ⚽️ Please answer me....🙏🏻

In a general athletic development sense they will help to improve your perception, coordination, timing/rhythm, sense of distance, etc which are all universally relevant aspects of athletic development, soccer players (midfielders) included. In a specific sense they are not ‘soccer drills’ and it depends what your personal biggest areas for improvement are as a midfielder (on the ball control? passing accuracy? speed and agility? striking power? positioning on the field? ... etc). Aside from that, to make these particular drills more soccer relevant, you can use some creativity and see how to mimic these drills using a soccer ball and using the feet instead of the hands. Maybe in the future we will release a video like that. Enjoy your training.

These drills are for general perception, hand-eye coordination, and rhythm, etc. In a very general sense they may improve qualities that are relevant in any athletic activity. However, when you are looking for specific skill development, the best ‘drill’ to improve wrestling is live wrestling with a resistant partner that challenges you. Having said that you can play/warm up with hand-eye drills that warm the body up and prime the system prior to wrestling. Maybe in near future I’ll do a video for that. Thanks for your question.
