If you visit their website in the description box they cover a lot of information on the various artificial sweeteners. The YT channel is new so there is tonnes more info on a huge variety of health topics with well researched & explained pros & cons & no outlandish stances. I believe the best substitutes for sugar currently are stevia & erythritol, however I would definitely recommend reading through the data they have summarised :)

Whats your opinion on smoothies, Shakes, and homemade juices¿. Aré they a good idea for an everyday breakfast for example¿. When should you avoid them¿

It depends on the person, and your current health and health goals. Whole fruit is much better than fruit juice for example, even fresh squeezed
