@@plsdonttttt I had two relationships with narcissistic women in which I was the one who always stepped back. I almost gave up the person who I was. The first relationship she left me one day although I did everything for her (typical beta male behavior). The second relationship she kept distance from me because I narrowed down her life. I was always around her and was totally dependent emotionally and also physically (typical needy beta male behaviour). The day she also left me I looked in the mirror and recognized a looser type of guy who forgot who he was. I look to my life and saw that almost seven years were gone with forgetting my goals. I sat down. Wrote down all the goals I had. Quit my job. Quit my apartment. And left town for studying something I always wanted to do. I said to myself that I will absolutely focus on university and girls will be incidental. Dude. Maybe it sound fucking unbelievable but I developed a charisma just from thinking differently and one month after I arrived in the new town I met a woman who felt really in love with me. I couldn't believe it first but she didn't let me go. She showed me that she really wants me. So That was eleven years ago. And long story short. I married her and today i have two beautiful kids with her. Bro... Just start to love yourself the way you love your loved ones. Treat yourself with patience and tolerance. Don't be mad at you. Cause this ruins your self-value. You are not in this world to fulfill someones expectations. But also no one in this world is there to fulfill your expectations. Agreements you make you have to follow. If you are not a man of your word that's the formula for loneliness. But you don't have to fulfill someone's expectations. Write down your goals and start chasing them. Writing down goals make them focusable. And where focus goes energy flows. So start loving yourself. Cause where there's love there's no fear. To a degree, caring about/for others as a high status person is more about having the personal and professional success that would grant enough surplus resource and free time that you can afford to care for/about others. Wealthy and successful people are, for this reason, far more charitable and far less judgmental than poor and unsuccessful people. But his status people don't gloat and virtue signal, they don't need to. Poor people need to be seen to be charitable but are their nasty true self when nobody is looking, successful people don't need to be seen doing good and are who they are at all times.

Status is systemic; it is an ongoing negotiation within social groups. You can't just adopt a few "high-status" behaviors and expect deference unless something in the social context justifies that deference. In fact, behaving in a way not justified by your assets (rank, wealth, beauty, intelligence, etc.) tends to put people off UNLESS you're such a good student of human behavior and such a good actor that you can pull off a flawless impersonation. Otherwise, you'll get something wrong, be challenged, and appear ridiculous, become "that guy who can't make eye contact."

They don’t loo at at you or look past you, their sight is relaxed, they have no judgment and they are entirely listening to you, again they won’t tell you you are wrong or you are right, they might just smile as I understand you. I have never seen anyone other than douchey gym bois and "up and coming" rappers "look past" anyone else - both of which being everything other than high status lol. I feel like that point was taken directly from a movie or anime, because irl high performers look at everyone normally. The things like your reputation, achievements, grammar, knowledge and perceived wealth makes you high status, not the way you look at or act around people. I'm a high energy dude, being a tech entrepreneur, so when I really get into a conversation I'm changing my voice inflection, using lots of hand gestures and just in general being a nut. Does that make me low status, despite every possible piece of evidence in my life that contradicts this conclusion? No. My advice is to focus on actually being high status, not just looking at people like an asshole when you still work somewhere for $7.50/hr.

As this is all true, it does not solve the problem. And the problem lies in a question how to BECOME confident. It’s easy for a mind of a general to behave as a general. However, not all generals behave like a general. Lack of necessary skills. There is some vicious circle that needs to be broken somehow to solve the riddle: confident behaviour comes from high skills which comes from the confident mind that comes from the high skills. In simpler words: in order to have strong behaviour one needs skills that comes from a confident mind. So, it all comes from the mind. . Can a cat have mind of a lion? The answer is: you either have it or not. However, I want to leave possibility for different answers: Can the strong mind be created? (Can a cat acquire the mind of a lion?). If “yes”, then how? Key Notes: to hidden Behaviors that communicate high Status 1) Slow Relaxed Energy Compare to a King 2) Put only as much effort in things than nessecry in woman in other things at life 3) How other people affect your behaver and how you affect others => step in with a smile and confidance 4) Eye Contact not direct in the eyes but engaging and looking past them ( wink too, to empaty)

Agree with all of this except the gym part... uh.. you should ALWAYS go to failure on every set. If you are lifting in the gym for women then you're already lost.

I knew someone who did many of these things esp no eye contact. He was creepy and the girls didn't like him.

You are wrong about the eyes one. Look straight into people's eyes, always. Most people can't hold eye contact long, and when they break away, they feel less power. And power is status. If you want to dominate a room, or get everyone to trust you, or position your self in any way as strong, look directly into people's eyes when talking to them.

Hi julien. You got most of the subscribers for which videos. Do u know? It was girls videos. You deleted the most valuable videos in your channel. Just look at those videos and make most videos. These videos are not giving results julien. I suggest you to make more videos like that. They give most vaue and also alot of confidence. Everything that you said in girls point of view. I supposed to get alot of motivation when they are in girls view. I completly transformed with such type of videos. I love your channel. But nowadays you are trying to make best but they are not giving the result that you want.

This channel focuses mainly on men becoming more than average by changing their behavior. There are plenty of channels focused on women and personal improvement if that is what you are specifically interested in. Personally, I take the pertinent behavior based information and use what I can apply to my own life. Is it difficult for you to do the same?
