A high value woman in my opinion is not manipulative, has her shit straight(is not looking to be saved), takes care of herself, is comfortable in her own shoes, is successful at what she does and always learning new things especially ones that challenge her. Oo man! Let me know when she walks in. 👍

A high valué woman is a woman who can direct a governors dinner party, knows how to socialize in high class, increases your business through her networking, helping out (knowing your business when to obtain more supplies, having all your staff ready for something, knowing when to inform you of your stock etc...) wants you to succeed and will push you towards it. Putting yourself first is so important. I'm 55 and it took me many years to truly understand that. The fact that you really "get it" at your age is impressive. Making sure that I'm the best version of myself allows me to be the best employee, friend, partner, to others.

@Tim Nichols Yes I agree to a degree. I’m the same age and stage in life. It leads to stepping up and being a role model for your children, grandchildren etc. A wise man once told me, “live so you’ll be missed when your time has come”. Putting yourself first is a fine balance. Sometimes you have to put others first. I suppose that is the challenge.

I would substitute her Self care with achieving difficult things. If you see a woman that you think is out of your league, put that negative energy into working your plan. If a woman rejects you. Don’t call her a bitch; nope. Work your plan. Bethe man you intend to be, and eventually, she would be lucky to date you. Note that the essential skill is this delayed gratification. The relationship you have with yourself is directly dependent on the relationship you had with your mom or dad as they are the really template to which you compare any other man and women for the rest of your life. Then the cycle repeats due to her constant desire for validation, all thanks to social media and her incapability to make peace with herself. It's heartbreaking. BONUS: Actually having the ability to see that what you’re doing is lying, deceiving, abusing the kids minds, hoarding, leaving food and dishes all over the house, and blaming the kids for it all. That’s a good start. Anyhow...... good luck finding these high value woman in today’s society. Great video by the way. If you are these things... he’s one lucky guy.

@@howmathematicianscreatemat9226 Thanks for the feedback. Some of the things mentioned do require a deeper explanation, maybe I'll make a series of KZbin videos on it. A lot of those traits are "inner game" or personality traits a person adopts for himself. Stuff like: Never brags, sincere/kindness, lack of jealously, in your own headspace... all that stuff can be achieved by simple meditation/reflection and just choosing to start behaving that way. Think, reflect, then start being that way. Some things are harder to do than others. I used to find it very difficult to approach a beautiful girl in the past, but I've slowly chipped away and worked on it and I am much more comfortable talking to random girls now. I don't do everything on this list but look back at it and work on things I need to improve on.

Keanu is 6ft tall, rich, famous, in good shape, he plays action roles and trains for them, and he is quiet/gentle... so, people don't really know him and he can be what they imagine him to be. He is every woman's dream man.

High value women - mature mind-set (no drama Queen / jealous type that threatens girls around you), knows what she wants from the relationship & willing to put some effort into making it happens. Someone cheers you up & wants to hang out with you while respecting your boundaries (work / hobbies ... Etc).

I love how this channel is as much as it is about improving yourself as a man as it is about techniques to interact with women.

You bring up a great point. Having a lot of money doesn't make you high value BUT a lot of women will see you as high value.

Just a suggestion, you can make a video on simple easy dishes every man must know to cook. I personally feel every man must know to cook at least a few dishes as it is a survival skill and attractive too. I AM LEARNING MYSELF

Am glad you mentioned integrity. I think people with that trait will live a more fulfilled and actualized life. I’ve personally known people with little to no integrity pass away, karma is definitely something to consider. I’ve watched a few of your videos now and I think your authentic and add value. Congrats, keep up the great work 👍

High value women: - fit, slim, and takes great consistent care of her body - peaceful and feminine energy (NOT a Feminist!!!) - open minded and interested and asks a lot of questions - humble and not vain and obsessed with her looks taking IG selfies and posting them all day - believes in adding value to the world instead of just being a taker and entitled - genuine, and authentic and non-manipulative and doesn't play games or mind games - barely wears any make up and does not have fake eye lashes, boobs, or nails. Natural beauty - low sexual partner count and respects her body as being sacred - classy and elegant (this is a super rare one in 2021) - well thought out and not just a hedonistic emotional ostrich jumping from one impulse to the next - has a few close girl friends and has great relationships with them. Doesn't hang out with tons of guys or her ex boyfriends - willing to put her phone away and be fully present during a conversation - not on tinder and all the other dating sites.

I think authenticity is so hard because many of us struggle to accept who we are as people; It s a long hard work to change it but I go to therapy and I think it s worth it.
