Tip for the burrito. Once you roll your burrito put it in a ripping hot pan or sandwich press for 1 minute seam side down to crisp the tortilla. This gives the burrito more structural integrity and means they hole together if you freeze and reheat them.

The last recipe reminded me of one I used to make to myself. On tortilla wrap (you can heat it up on a pan for a while) place smoked salmon, spinach, scrambled eggs*, cheese and avocado. I was also adding sriracha to taste. Wrap it up and enjoy. *tip - be patient, use medium temperature and try adding a tablespoon of milk

The only requirement is to filter information Thanks to the knowledge of the internet i went from 150kg(330lb) to 93kg(205lb) and i keep on training (not my ideal weight but im sure as hell not fat anymore) periodically when i have the time. Thanks Noel, you were one of the people that helped me in this process Hope this KZbin thing working out for you well.

You can also make an omelette in the oven by covering a pan with baking paper and then spraying it with oil, put the eggs in, then your ham, mushrooms and whatever else you enjoy and letting it cook at 180C° for about 16 minutes, you can tell when it is done by looking at how dry the edges are, I find this method a lot less messy than frying

I was going to critique the first 2 recipes because I'm always looking at food from a cutting perspective as my struggle against bodyfat goes on eternally. But your selections are quite brilliant. The first 2 are indeed for bulking and will make you hungry again after only a couple of hours. The last 2 will give you a long and steady flow of energy and keeps you full for 4-6 hours.

Skinny guy tryna bulk right now, and watching your videos like this has been a huge help. I’ve always struggled deciding what to eat thats on the healthier side but has a lot of calories. Only thing I really am struggling with is cutting out chocolate as I usually eat a pack of chocolate as a night time snack. Its a lot of calories and easy to eat so its difficult to find a substitute

About the mushroom prep, one important thing is to throw them on the pan without any kind of fat initially. Zero. Nada. The mushrooms would just soak the fat/oil up into the spaces between its filaments, and you may end up adding more than you really needed to get it browned. So let them grill on medium heat until they have released all of their water (which you can reserve to make an awesome mushroom sauce), then you can add in a little bit of whatever fat fits your macros to get a bit of browning and flavor.

His cooking sucks but you can feel the kindness, warmth and love he puts into his food...this is gonna taste great regardless!❤ Noel if you're reading this- try scrambling the eggs a bit less( scrambled eggs are more runny) Also instead of bread, try using lettuce or some fermented rice batter like a dosa or an idli Also saute some onions and green chillies with the mushrooms to put into the omlette

One important tip, do not use fat-free dairy products! They're stripped of all the good nutrients and vitamins, plus the fats are completely healthy and contribute to better hormone production, especially testosterone, which is also essential for muscle building.

Thanks a lot!!! I was looking for more ideas for breakfast, as winter is approaching us in the south side of the world, my know options of breakfast were reduced to 1: Omelette. I prepare the filling with mushrooms and green onions, add some cheese and accompany it with avocado or tomatoes, skip the toast because gluten 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t know about everyone else, but I can’t have shakes in the wintertime, I need warm food in cold days.

if you want to level up that omlette a bit, grab a silicone spatula and lift the edges slightly, allowing the runny uncooked egg to flow underneath. This will add layers of egg to the recipe and give you a softer, fluffier texture.

I have a neither bulking nor cutting oatmeal base recipe and it's such a good vehicle. It's 500 calories. 40G of Old fashioned oatmeal 26g of chia seeds 1 cup or 240ml of Fairlife Milk (i use the ultra-filtered fat free one so I can add stuff to it) 1 full scoop of whatever protein powder you like the one I use is 140 cal per scoop. Nets to about: 33g of carbs, 47g of protein, 15g of fat. Plenty of room to add whatever you want to increase other macros.
