You can also make an omelette in the oven by covering a pan with baking paper and then spraying it with oil, put the eggs in, then your ham, mushrooms and whatever else you enjoy and letting it cook at 180C° for about 16 minutes, you can tell when it is done by looking at how dry the edges are, I find this method a lot less messy than frying

I was going to critique the first 2 recipes because I'm always looking at food from a cutting perspective as my struggle against bodyfat goes on eternally. But your selections are quite brilliant. The first 2 are indeed for bulking and will make you hungry again after only a couple of hours. The last 2 will give you a long and steady flow of energy and keeps you full for 4-6 hours.

Skinny guy tryna bulk right now, and watching your videos like this has been a huge help. I’ve always struggled deciding what to eat thats on the healthier side but has a lot of calories. About the mushroom prep, one important thing is to throw them on the pan without any kind of fat initially. Zero. Nada. The mushrooms would just soak the fat/oil up into the spaces between its filaments, and you may end up adding more than you really needed to get it browned. So let them grill on medium heat until they have released all of their water (which you can reserve to make an awesome mushroom sauce), then you can add in a little bit of whatever fat fits your macros to get a bit of browning and flavor.

One important tip, do not use fat-free dairy products! They're stripped of all the good nutrients and vitamins, plus the fats are completely healthy and contribute to better hormone production, especially testosterone, which is also essential for muscle building.

I have a neither bulking nor cutting oatmeal base recipe and it's such a good vehicle. It's 500 calories. 40G of Old fashioned oatmeal 26g of chia seeds 1 cup or 240ml of Fairlife Milk (i use the ultra-filtered fat free one so I can add stuff to it) 1 full scoop of whatever protein powder you like the one I use is 140 cal per scoop. Nets to about: 33g of carbs, 47g of protein, 15g of fat. Plenty of room to add whatever you want to increase other macros.
