Words of wisdom, Justin. In 2019 I was diagmosed with cancer in my nasal passages. After treatment the cancer is gone but I'm in bed unable to walk on my own, I can't wrap fishing rods, I can't fish. Doesn't seem like I can do a damned thing. Memories and your videos get me by.

Watching you get out and enjoy what God gave us to enjoy and catch some really nice Catfish and other fish. I do wish you’d take all of us kayak fishing to Cherokee lake in Bean Station because I’m never going to get to go there to fish at the rate I’m going. Glad Baby Cheetah is doing good and behaving. I'm glad you're doing this lake - it was a walleye & trout lake back before they drained it to fix the dam. The level of motorcycle noise on a weekend can rile me up. One of the ramps is a helicopter pad and I've seen them land and haul off broken motorcycle enthusiast. The bottom is very flat and shallow except for the old river channel. It's never been developed and it tends to be a civilize place to fish. Better on weekdays. Concerning stats: I have a scale like the earthquake Richter Scale - minor tackle problems are 1,2, or 3. 4's and 5" eat up time to fix, 6s and 7s involve lost items of value, 8s and 9s involve taking a swim. I've had one #9 and that was on the Hiwassee fishing and drifting while they were dumping water - it was touch and go for a minute.

In my experiences, I never encountered sasquatch but once I did come upon a deer strolling in a stream that ran into the lake I was fishing. It surprised me just few feet ahead of me around a bend. I surprised it too because I was not talking on camera. :)

Justin, you have gotten me addicted to Ultralight fishing. I got a ST Croix panfish series rod as well. Only in the 6'9". I went with the ST Croix because I knew you have your 6ft and seem to love it and the fact you've had it for years. I wanted the 6'9" because I wanted a very versatile rod that I could use no matter the situation for ultralight. I paired it with a Pfluger President XT size 25. I got to use it for the first time yesterday, the ST Croix rods are where it's at. I had a crap Shakespeare setup at first since I didn't want to spend crazy money. It was a 7ft. But it had hardly any feel to it since it was super flexible. But my ST Croix, it's so sensitive. You can feel how the fish are hitting it. And the president xt reel is just outstanding. Have Berkley 2lb xl smooth casting line on it. After all the videos I've watched from you talking highly of ultralight fishing, I decided to get into it. Once I figured out how good it is, I went big and got a dream setup. Thanks Justin for your content, I would never have gotten into ultralight if it wasn't for watching your content. Keep it coming.

Hey Justin …. BAD FKING DAY!! 😂😂😂. Went catfishing today….. it’s Labor Day Monday. I’m fishing from shore and the launch is crazy. So it’s backing up…. Bass Boats coming in while recreational boats launching. So this Bass boat a$$hole decides to throttle his boat up because he’s obliviously pissed at the traffic at the launch. Suddenly, he cuts towards my lines and I’m far from the launch. I’m reeling in yelling at him I have my lines out. Well I got one in and he sucked my other line into his prop. So remember I also worked part time as a state environmental police officer and told him to raise his engine. I told him to use his trolling motor and moor at the dock. As he’s waiting, he raises his big engine and my line is in it. I told him just leave it and I’ll get it out. At that moment he has the line in his hand breaks it and let’s it go. I just screamed my pole was on the line. I just told you not to touch it. Anyways I was heated but I had my concealed pistol on me. It’s concealed in a holster case but everyone knows what in these cases. I just told him to go and I left because I didn’t want him to call the police saying he’s having an argument we me and I was armed …. Anyways I’m home watching your action packed video. You keep me motivated and it keeps me getting out there. Thank you.. Dan Ret. / Disabled Connecticut police officer.

Pepsi can be purchased anywhere, but Cheerwine we keep for ourselves. By the way everyone knows that Dr. Pepper is the best - three cheers and a tiger for Texas!
