I really love this format. It would be cool if there were a version of each story that only has the Spanish. That way, once I get the hang of the vocabulary, I can listen straight through the story exclusively in the target language. Just throwing that out there. Thanks a ton!!!

Great great idea. Great presentation! You're the only channel in 2 years of using KZbin to learn Spanish that understands the necessity of going slowly and also using interesting content! I'll download this and watch until it's easy for me. It's like having a caring parent as opposed to ask the other channels who seem to want to make things difficult by saying things like, you've got to start with regular speed Spanish or you'll get used to slow and never progress. How do children learn? With patience, repetition, and clarity!

So glad this channel came up on my radar!!! It’s the approach I was looking for. If you could please make some videos in which there are longer spaces between the Spanish and English versions, to give us time to try and come up with the Spanish version on our own, before we hear it. I like that there is a longer break after the Spanish version, so we ca repeat. But trying to extract the translation in Spanish from our brain is also good for learning. Also some text that uses conjugation of a verb, something like: I eat breakfast at 7, but you eat at 8. My son eats his breakfast at 9. We never eat breakfast together. Maria and Ana, when do you eat breakfast? Hose, do you think they breakfast together?

While I was instantly won over by these videos because of their creativity and uniquness (both verbal content and images ) , NOW, after a few days of watching them, I am --just like you-- more than a little unhappy with the English version of each video overpowering the Spanish version, especially THE SPOKEN ENGLISH which interfers with my hard effort to completely immerse in Spanish, to start thinking in Spanish and to acquire it fast. Because I am here tor the only reason: to learn Spanish, nothing else. Are people learning English the target audience of the creative authors of those tapes? Or people who want to learn both English and Spanish? ....Well, whatever the answer , whatever you do --you cannot make everybody happy. Spanish , which I started learning just weeks ago is my 1st foreign language being acquired ONLY via the internet and completely solo, in my native Poland where I have NOBODY to speak with. I am still testing the waters...These videos are beautiful, wise, interesting and unique and therefore perhaps their content will sink in our brains faster and for much longer. We simply tend to remember things which we love and which inspire us much better.

Ultraorbit I have my doubts. I think it’s mostly Latin American but not European. There are hints of European Spanish but if it’s a person from Spain, he has removed some of his European accent. Perhaps not all. I could be wrong.
