I'm really new to this inversion method and yet intrigued by it. The only thing that baffles and I apologize if this sound crass, but 4 inches in 4 months can be logged as "normal hair growth". Some statistics and people say that most hair grows about an half an inch a month, however more than 60% of individuals with a fairly healthy hair routine can and do experience an inch minimum of growth per month. Now if was perhaps an inch per week or so than my antennas would be up! lol

I remember finding out about this method back in 2016 from this specific video and I’m happy to say this really has been the key to my hair growth since then. I had to chop off almost all of my hair 3 yrs ago after accidentally heat damaging it (had about 16 inches). For the last 3 yrs it seemed like my hair just wouldn’t want to pass my shoulders even though I knew it was capable of growing much longer than that. Then I remembered this video and started doing this method again and now it’s past my shoulders nearing back to how long it originally was :)

I stopped the method because I became rather lazy. :P Also, I'm going to see how long I can keep my natural hair out! Last time was two weeks. A couple weeks ago I mixed Alma powder (you can find at Indian store) and coconut oil and did the inversion method for a week straight but then for a bonus I would tie my hair in a braid or like hella tight pony tales and my hair grew 2 inches in a week but then I got lazy and stopped but I'm gonna do it again

My scalp is very oily so putting more oil may create a problem so what should I do?

Just massage your scalp. It will work the same. Women with our texture hair don’t have the natural oils like your texture... so no worries. I saw a woman do this daily without oil (I believe she was Italian) and it worked. 💜

I know you say that you have to use the oils, but what is the point of it. Will the inversion method not work without the oil. I thought it was the blood flow that rushed to the head that mattered? Why would oil matter? Not to say its not good to use it but I was just wondering why it was mandatory.

JourneyTo WaistLength I've done it few times (not consistently), but I don't know if it's worked or not because I told myself not to do another length check for 6 months. I'll know if it worked when I check in March. Last year, my hair grew 2 inches in 6 months, so if it grows more than that, I'll know it worked! I'll keep you posted :-)

Wait if your inversion works and you get growth, does your hair still grow for the rest of the month too? For example, if your hair normally grows half an inch a month and then you do inversion (+ 1") will your hair end up growing a total of 1.5" in a month, or will you only get 1" because inversion made your hair grow so much in one week?

QUESTION: During the inversion method gravity is pulling down your hair, so if your hair is longer then the power forced to the starts of your hair is more effective. So does it matter how long my hair is? Because I don't want to do the inversion method without making any sense, as having short hair

Wow I just seen your comparison picture from this video in an ad advertising a hair product as if it was you advertising the product that I know for sure you didn't use to get those results but the inversion method I think it was the keranique it just makes you totally not believe any of these hair companys bs just thought you should know I took a screen shot but I obviously can't post it here and don't know how to message people do you have an email you share with the public
